Net
Safety's Millennium products are designed to achieve fast, accurate and
repeatable responses to gases generated in extreme environments. The
Millenniums are capable of detecting a wide-range of toxic and combustible
gases using a variety of detection technologies.
The
compact and explosion-proof Millennium controller features a power
disconnect switch to simplify maintenance, a clearly visible scrolling LED
display for calibration and configuration and meter jacks for easy current
loop monitoring. Millennium products are designed with both an internal
push button and external magnetic switch for either intrusive or
non-intrusive calibration and configuration.
Featuring a modular design, Millennium products can easily develop and
adapt to changing requirements, regulations and technologies. Supporting
12 or 24 V dc systems with analog, relay or digital output configurations,
Net Safety's Millennium product line is CSA approved and rated Class 1,
Division 1 for hazardous locations.
Net Safety's Millennium gas detectors are an excellent choice for the most
extreme environments and high-risk industrial applications.

Net Safety Gas Detectors

Net Safety's light
industrial gas detector, the Gas Shield, uses the latest in intelligent
sensor technology to effectively detect a wide range of hazardous gases.
The Gas Shield
eliminates the need for complex field setup or operator programming
when replacing a sensor or changing gas types. Simply connect the
sensor to the controller then follow the instructions to configure,
calibrate and monitor. The Universal Sensor is programmed to
automatically recognize a sensor's gas type, range of gas detected as
well as the gas concentration required for calibration!
With two Gas
Shield models, pick the Gas Shield to fit your unique application and
budget! The Junior has an internal push button, internal status LEDs
and a single output. The Senior has a scrolling LED display and status
LEDs (both clearly visible from across the room even in extremely cold
temperatures), as well an external magnetic switch and dual output
capability.
Net Safety's
Gas Shield is a proven cost-effective solution for even the most
extreme environments and high-risk commercial applications!

Net
Safety's "Smart Series" of flame detectors utilize single ultra-violet
(UV), single infrared (IR), IR and UV as well as Triple IR detection
technologies to quickly and accurately identify a fire condition. All
detectors have adjustable sensitivity and time delay settings to increase
performance, accuracy and speed.
Choose from a proven line of products to selectively detect the
ultra-violet and/or infrared radiation commonly found in hydrocarbon based
fires, including hydrogen, ammonia and sulphur fires. Depending on the Net
Safety flame detector chosen, false alarms initiated by black body
radiation, lightning, arc welding, x-rays and sunlight can be
significantly reduced or eliminated.
Our
flame detectors are engineered with a rugged and explosion-proof housing
that can be securely and precisely mounted, indoors or out, using the
no-tool swivel. There are bright LEDs, visible in all lighting conditions,
to continually indicate a detectors status and a variety of optical
testing routines to ensure fast, accurate and reliable fire detection in
even the most high-risk, industrial applications.
Net Safety flame detectors are certified to ATEX (CE Ex II 2 G, Ex d II
B+H2 T5) and Factory Mutual Performance Standards, and are also CSA rated
Class I, Division 1 for hazardous locations. In other words, Net Safety's
flame detectors deliver first-class security and performance that adhere
to internationally recognized standards, and can be used anywhere the
International Electric Code (IEC) is strictly imposed.
Below are listed a number of features common to Net Safety flame
detectors. For information regarding the specific flame detector products

Net Safety's autonomous
solar power system, the Solar Shield, is easy to install and simple to
use. Its clever modular design is conveniently pre-wired and employs
quick-connectors and plugable cables between the controller, solar panels
and batteries—making installation virtually effortless!
With the Solar Shield's prepackaged design and easy to configure outputs,
wiring is minimized—saving you time and money when installing or
performing maintenance. The scrolling display and status LEDs provide
helpful information for field setup, operation and maintenance!
Select the hazard protection you need (Fire detectors, Toxic Gas or
Combustible Gas sensors), and provide our service or sales representative
with your specific installation location and load requirements. We'll use
that information to deliver a solar power system, sized to meet your
unique site requirements.
Net Safety's line of low power fire and gas detectors combine with the
Solar Shield to produce a simple and cost-effective solution—without
sacrificing performance or quality—for locations where connecting to a
conventional power source is not practical or possible!
